Challenge

PMparfumi is a perfume retailer in Pazardzhik, Bulgaria, offering original fragrances from Armani, Gucci, Versace, Tom Ford, and over 70 other premium brands. While the physical store maintained a loyal local customer base, the company had virtually no online presence. The existing website was visually outdated, with product pages lacking descriptions, size options, and brand-based navigation. There was no search engine optimization — no metadata, no structured product data, no content strategy. The site did not appear in search results for relevant queries and generated negligible online revenue. Potential customers outside Pazardzhik had no means of discovering the business, and those who did find the site encountered an experience that did not convey the credibility required to purchase premium branded products online.
