cvtome has no subscription. You buy credits that never expire, pay only for what you use and get 25 free credits when you confirm your e-mail. Creating and editing a CV is free: 38 real templates for 17 professions plus general ones, a step-by-step editor with tips beside every section, a live A4 preview and a design you can switch at any time without losing a word. You pay once, at the end — 30 credits unlock the PDF download, and after that editing, template changes and new PDFs are free and unlimited. Each AI tool has its own price: importing an old CV from PDF, DOCX or a photo (10 credits), a CV built from a job ad (20), tailoring your CV to a specific job ad with a before/after view of every change (20, +15 to translate it into the ad's language), a CV check with a score and suggestions you apply in one click (15), three variants of any section (5), a translation of your CV into any of the 24 EU languages as a new copy (15), a cover letter in the same design as your CV (15, +15 once for its PDF), a professional CV photo made from an ordinary one with the outfit and background you choose (10 per photo), a career test with an AI analysis of the job market in your country (5) and a resignation notice under the law of 7 EU countries (15, once).
The applications board — stages, interview dates and which CV and letter went where — is free. The AI works only with your facts: it rewords, orders and highlights what you wrote, but never adds experience, companies, dates or achievements, and never guesses gender from a name or a photo. Every change is shown before and after, you decide on each one, and copies never touch the original. If an AI request fails for a technical reason, the credits come back automatically. Uploaded files, job-ad texts and the photo for the AI portrait are not stored, and your data stays in the EU, in Germany.

In the EU, in Germany, under GDPR. Uploaded files, job-ad texts and the photo the AI portrait is made from are not stored; finished portraits stay in My photos for 12 months. The text features use Claude by Anthropic, and the AI photo is created with OpenAI. Payments go through Stripe, and your profile can be deleted under GDPR.
