Challenge
A growing real estate agency in Bulgaria was managing its entire operation across spreadsheets, phone notes, and messaging groups. Property listings were maintained in one spreadsheet, client requirements in another, and viewing schedules existed only in text conversations between brokers. When a client contacted the agency with specific criteria — location, size, budget, amenities — brokers had to manually search through hundreds of entries to identify suitable properties, with no guarantee that all matching options were found. Contract preparation was the most time-consuming process. Deposit receipts, rental agreements, handover protocols, and commission documents were individual Word files circulated by email.

Communication tracking records every phone call with automatic duration logging, schedules and monitors all property viewings through their lifecycle, and preserves the complete interaction history for each client — ensuring continuity when different team members handle the same relationship. Contract generation was reduced from 30 minutes to under 60 seconds. Brokers select the required document types, enter variable data once, and generate all documents — individually or as a complete package.
