Challenge
Salars Group is a logistics and freight company operating weekly routes between Bulgaria, Greece, and Poland, with a 24/7 warehouse facility in Sofia. Their client base spans small businesses shipping individual pallets to enterprises moving full truckloads across borders. Despite the scale of the operation, the company's online presence did not reflect its capabilities. The existing website had not been updated in years — it was visually outdated, performed poorly on mobile devices, and was available only in Bulgarian. This effectively excluded Greek and Polish partners and prospects from engaging with the company online.
Potential clients in Athens or Warsaw had no way to understand the services offered, request pricing, or locate contact information without navigating poorly structured content. The company was acquiring new business almost exclusively through reputation and direct referrals. Every prospect who searched online and found a competitor instead represented lost revenue. The company required a professional digital presence that communicated its services clearly in two languages, established credibility with international partners, and provided a direct path from visitor to quote request.
Solution
DSX designed and developed a corporate website that accurately represents the scale and professionalism of the logistics operation. The site supports full bilingual navigation in Bulgarian and English, allowing visitors from any market to access content in their preferred language. The homepage communicates the core value proposition immediately, presenting a structured overview of the company's process, dedicated service cards with professional photography, and trust indicators including partner logos and operational metrics. Three dedicated service pages — International Logistics, International Freight, and Warehouse Logistics — provide detailed descriptions of service scope, route coverage, and competitive differentiators.
A quote request form is integrated throughout the site, capturing the necessary details — service type, cargo description, origin, and destination — to enable the sales team to respond with a tailored proposal within 24 hours. The company page presents the organizational structure, operational capabilities, and coverage across 68+ countries. The site is fully responsive across all devices, recognizing that logistics professionals frequently access information while in transit. Search engine optimization is integrated at the structural level — proper metadata, organized content hierarchy, optimized performance, and clean URL structures position the site to rank for logistics-related searches in the Bulgarian market.
